Good salt, all magnesium and no salt. Magnesium is very beneficial essential mineral for our body. So you're getting a good dose of magnesium in less than a quarter of a teaspoon mixed with water. Does not contain much in the small tube so need to buy 3 or more to last longer if you're using it everyday. Good stuff, doesn't taste like salt.

je suis mitigée et j'explique, je voulais un substitut au sel, niveau goût, cela sale vraiment et même bien mais en fin de bouche il y a un arrière goût que je n'aime pas.
