It’s 5% water. As either most creams.it contains the main ingredient of Aciclovir. This is what’s I zofirax yet cosy are far far cheaper. With zofirax your paying for a name. Like we do with most things. Any lip balm of creams just make sure it contains Aciclovir. Ok

How long does it take for the cold sore to go away?

Having tried many creams I have found this Lipsore to be the best on the market. Very good value when you purchase 5 from Amazon.
