which type of general hydroponics should I use to replace Fox farm Big bloom?

You would use this liquid KoolBloom the whole time through flower cycle and use the powder KoolBloom in addition with this in the last 2 weeks of flower before a flush.

What is the mix rate per gallon?

One teaspoon per gallon during flower.

I currently use the gh flora series. do i use this in place of the boom bottle in that series or do i use this with the flora series and bloom?

Use this with the GH flora trio. I cut their recommendations in half, so I use 1/8 tsp per gal week 5, 1/4 tsp per gal weeks 6-8, then 1/2 tsp per gallon weeks 9 & 10. GH also has their nutrient charts on their web site, if you prefer to see their feeding schedules. Hope this helps.
