It seems like this might be a fake. My voice sounds robotic compared to videos from other people I’ve watched who use the same microphone. I also downloaded the app, but it didn’t change anything. I really don’t understand what’s going on, and I’m upset that I paid money for such poor sound quality.

Look, this is one of those high quality products that you can get on Amazon. The mic is designed flawlessly… the sound quality is brilliant, and zero issues with connectivity or magnetic snips to clothing. I would recommend using the cover over the mic - as this will stop [pop] sounds from being harsh when editing audio. It’s worth the price. Easily worth the price. Feels just as good as a shotgun mic, but way more versatile. Here’s a different idea: you can plug it into your Mac or PC - and then link your Mac with a high quality external camera - works for me! There’re many options.

This is a surprisingly great little mic. So easy to use, great quality and range. Also the receiver is light enough that I don’t need a counterweight when using it with my gimbal.
