I decided to try this oil because the last time I bought my 100% extra virgin Olive oil from Costco it turned out extremely bad taste. It was far away from expiration day but it still tasted extremely bitter. So I tried this oil and it's cheaper actually than the Costco two liter Italian extra virgin olive oil. I made my first batch of mayonnaise and it turned out perfect absolutely perfect so I'll stay with it

Really like the consistency of this avocado oil. It does have a high smoking point. It tastes great. Worth every penny. A little bit goes a long way with this avocado oil. Would definitely recommend.
