Singer SE9185 Combi Sewing & Embroidery Machine - Computerised 150 Built-In Embroidery Designs

The machine is fine. Had the machine for a weekend and managed to get some embroidery out of it. It jams frequently, often without any explanation why, causing that product to be wasted. In order to create your own custom design you have to have a subscription to an external service which, without paying for the higher tiers, has very limited features. The screen is nice and overall the machine is easy to use but it just jams too frequently and requires a fairly expensive external software to make it worth the asking price.

The components are fragile and jam easily. The mechanism functions but not without time wasting problems. Frustrating to use. There aren’t even any instruction manual in the box or available to download. Sewing machines by Singer used to be a Brand to rely on but certainly not this one.

Love this sewing machine. Would have given 5 stars if an instruction book would have been with machine instead of downloading one
