Great product, may be sluggish at times.
Echo Show 5 is great, it has many skills that you can add to your Alexa. It also syncs with your smart home too if you have compatible devices. The only problem is the sluggish screen. The screen is so slow and it needs some kind of fix. Other than that, I highly recommend Alexa as it is really useful with thousands of different functions. Thousands!!

Painfully Slow and Not Worth It
This is honestly terrible. It’s extremely laggy and barely responsive at times. Worst of all, the home screen, which you’ll be seeing most of the time, feels like one big ad billboard. Even if you set a wallpaper, it still pushes ads constantly. On top of that, the screen is slow and unresponsive, making it frustrating to use. I genuinely wish I could return this.

Love the improvements
I had the 2nd generation for a couple of years and it was decent. I listen to a lot of music so the audio always sounded too low and a bit muffled on the 2nd gen but when I got the 3rd gen I can hear the instruments and voices so clearly now. The graphics look a lot more crisp on the 3rd gen as well so I don’t regret the upgrade at all. 3rd gen doesn’t have the Netflix app like the 2nd gen but I always watch on the TV anyway.

the latest Echo Show 5 ( 3rd gen) no longer supports Netflix. Unfortunately it isn't clearly mentioned unless you start digging. Might not be an issue for many but should be pointed out. I would have purchased the Echo Dot at less than half the price if I had known. The screen lags opening links to the touch commands or scrolls too fast.
