The second one, the keypad and fingerprint work, BUT the reset button doesn’t work, so I am unable to set my own private passcode. I’m super disappointed. I contacted desertcart and explained the inconvenience it is as I have already had to go to UPS and return one. But since they are the 3rd party they can only offer a refund and I have to take it to UPS again.
