Worth every penny. If you’re hesitant and can’t decide on which unit to buy, and have several options you’re going back and forth on like I was, I’m certain that you will be happy to have saved at least a couple hundred bucks going with this one over the more expensive one you really wanted but couldn’t pull the trigger on. I really wanted to buy the 500-600 dollar alpine. Hard for me to spend that kind of hard earned money on something just bc it’s what I want. Especially when there is an alternative such as this. I could not be happier with my decision.

Had high hopes that I wouldn’t get a lemon but was not to be. I had the unit professionally installed including a back-up camera. Fit nicely in a 2005 Crossfire which isn’t easy! Installation went well and was happy to have a modern sound system and back-up camera. On the way home from the shop, I was enjoying Apple CarPlay when it switched to the radio and started searching through the channels. Turned it off and on again and it reverted to CarPlay. Yesterday, I took a 1 hour drive and it dropped CarPlay twice during the hour. Can’t see having it removed from the car, sending it back and then paying to have it installed again, so I’ll live with it until it permanently kicks the bucket. Not on my buy again list.

So far so good just tested it out after install, my mechanic said lots of wiring , it went in a 2016 Jeep rubicon, the backup camera is amazing it doesn’t go thru the vinyl windows it’s clear as a bell now loving it so far!

Has issues with apple car cutting in and out of the display but other then that it’s a really good radio

Bought this head unit back on August 30th 2025 Noticed wireless car play disconnecting and reconnecting i figured it was the phone. Well it has started to do it more and more tried different phones. Still same issue. Now when listening to the radio it will just randomly start to change channels and its hard to get it to stop once you get it to stop it work for another 3-4 minutes then do it again and again…. I would highly recommend to stay away from jenson this is my second one. First one was in the vehicle when i bought it so i have no clue how old it was but the screen would start to get stripes through it then clear up do that hear and there got tired of it and ordered this one sense i already had the connection for it…. Worst mistake….

I put this in my 03 F150. The screen is a little bright at night, but other than that it works great. It connects to my phone automatically without issue. It's nice have google maps on the screen when travelling.

Installed on a 2000 Excursion. Simple install if you’re accustomed to replacing factory with aftermarket. I love how it looks in my EX. You can mount the radio above the included spacer or with that spacer mounted on top. I initially put the spacer on top and radio on bottom. The screen covered my AC controls. I swapped it so the radio is on bottom and spacer is on top. Perfect! This is with the screen moved 1/3 from the bottom of its range. Very pleased with how this came. I just installed it so I’m not sure about performance. But it looks great! If you install in a dual din, purchase the Metra dual din install kit along with it. You’ll want to use the side mounts. These are included with the radio. Hack: Connect a wire to the pink wire from the radio and run it to a metal piece under the dash and secure it with a screw. ;) E-brake override.
