First, the noise cancellation performance is very poor. Even with noise cancellation turned ON, the microphone captures a lot of background noise. I tested it on multiple phones in my family and got the same result. I also tried using the windshield, but it only made a very slight difference. The recording quality is not better than my phone’s built-in microphone or even my earphone mic, which defeats the whole purpose of buying an external wireless microphone. Second, there is a serious compatibility transparency issue. Only after facing the problem did I find the compatibility list in the FAQ on the Hollyland website, where my device is not listed. This important information is not clearly visible on the Amazon product page, which easily mislead many customers including me. The return process has been even worse. Amazon customer care asked me to contact the brand for a denial certificate. The brand then asked me to contact the seller again as it's their duty. I had to send invoices, videos, dozen of emails and make multiple calls. More than 12 working hours were wasted just trying to return a defective or incompatible product. Despite providing video proof and explaining the issue clearly, the brand support refuses to acknowledge the problem and was delaying the denial certificate, making the return unnecessarily difficult. I want to mention that some Amazon customer service representatives genuinely tried to help and guide me through the process, which I appreciate. However, the overall system made the process unnecessarily complicated. Another concerning point is that only after I finally returned the product , Hollyland sent document. This should have been provided earlier when I requested it. The delay from the brand side unnecessarily prolonged the issue. For a ₹11,999 product, customers expect clear compatibility information, proper performance, and a smooth return process. Unfortunately, this experience was the opposite. Pros: None in my experience. The product performance and the after-sales support experience were both disappointing. I would advise buyers to check compatibility very carefully and think twice before purchasing and read the reviews of verified recent customers , because returning it can become a very time-consuming process

I purchased the Hollyland Lark M2 Mic Combo Pack on October 10, 2025, and received it on October 15, 2025, through Amazon. Unfortunately, the mic does not work properly with my GoPro Hero 12. When connected using the TRS cable and 3.5mm GoPro adapter, it only produces a loud hissing noise and no clear voice or sound at all. I contacted Amazon customer care twice, and they advised me to reach out to Hollyland support. I emailed Hollyland, and they replied saying that the Lark M2 mic is not supported with GoPro. However, before purchasing, I clearly saw on Hollyland’s official website and in many YouTube reviews that it works perfectly fine with the GoPro Hero 12 — which is why I chose this product. This is very disappointing. I feel I received a defective or misleading product, and I request urgent help for a refund or replacement from Amazon and Hollyland. My replacement deadline is October 25, 2025, so please resolve this issue quickly.

The product stopped working and the receiver does not connect to my phone at all. I tried every possible troubleshooting step. Nothing worked. What’s worse than the faulty product is the complete lack of after-sales support. I have called Amazon and Hollyland more than 10 times in a single week. Amazon clearly said only Hollyland can help, and Hollyland keeps passing responsibility without offering any real solution. No replacement. No refund. No accountability. This is honestly foolish and disrespectful treatment for a paying customer. A brand selling electronics without proper after-sales service should seriously rethink its priorities. If you’re considering buying this product, don’t. A product is only as good as the support behind it, and here, there is none. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Purchased it after Going through reviews and actually seeing the product being used in videos by the creators. I ordered for my audio recordings in real markets, trains, restaurants and cafés. The product isn’t reliable. It catches lots of noise and if noise cancellation is ON, the voice gets dramatic. Overall a really unworthy product. I tried on different IPhones and with every device, it gave the same result. Audio is extremely poor and with noise cancellation ON, it gets over dramatic. Better get a better quality from other brand at a bit higher price. They won’t destroy your Hardwork by their gimmicks

Ghatiya quality hai product ko na hi to ye noise reduction kar raha hai or na hi connect ho raha hai or Amazon ne return bhi nhi liye Abhi tak na payment returned option hai. 12000 rs ka loss ho Gaya mera ye lene se boycott Amazon and holly land mic koi mat kharidna paise doob jayenge 12000 bohot Badi rakam hoti hai please may lena or Amazon se shopping karna band karo

i have been using this mic... but the mic is not supporting as noise cancellation...all levels 1,2,3 i had tried but it's not supporting.. very disappointed ... it's not a worthy product....nd i had tried to return this product but Amazon authorities are not supporting....

Twice I ordered from this seller the same hollyland lark M2 & both times they sent me a faulty product. Careful while you order from them.
