The traps are catching fleas, which is the main reason we bought them in the first place. The downside is the green light. At night it makes the house look like some sort of low budget alien disco rave. It’s very noticeable, especially in darker rooms, and can make it harder to sleep unless you shut doors or move the traps around. As a flea trap, it works and does what it’s meant to do. As a subtle household item, not so much. If you don’t mind the glow or can place them somewhere out of the way, they’re effective.
