The medium size is good The small is nearly for kids and women With small nose Even though i have a small Wish they make package which we can choose the size before buying

Super happy with these. Realized my nostrils collapse when breathing in forcefully. Was using the magnetic strips but found they came off and were annoying to apply, doctor suggested dilators instead. Got these and they are more effective than the strips. My sleep scores on my watch and score on snorelab have improved. Won't fix snoring if its coming from your throat but if your nasal passages collapse these definitely work, and make exercising feel so much nicer. Also don't find them uncomfortable at all, I use the small size.

Me ha funcionado génial. Son suaves, pero se fijan bien en la nariz. Por lo general mis cornetes tienden a cerrarse un poco por las noches y eso me hacía abrir la boca y se me resecaba mucho la garganta. Llevo 3 meses sin tener ese problema. Mis noches son otras
