I have used this mix with hamburger. I’ve taken 1 pound of 80/20 grass fed hamburger and one packet of this onion chive mix then mix them together and made patties, then freeze. Later when grilling or frying these hamburger patties with this mix results in a nice taste That does not require added onion on the burger. I do like this combo some might find a whole packet to a pound of beef is a bit much. Start out with a half a packet mixed into a pound and try it. I think it really enhances Hamburger without using something that’s been heavily processed.

Had low expectations. A pleasantly light dip, but I did use Greek yogurt and not sour cream. You can do the same as well if you’re looking for something milder.

Mixed with DF Violife Sour cream. Yum! Even the dairy eaters liked it.
