The AirTouch N20 with Optimized Comfort & Secure Seal works extremely well and has been a great upgrade for me. I previously had issues with regular masks leaving red marks and irritation on the bridge of my nose, but this mask completely solved that problem. The cushion is soft yet still provides a secure seal, making it comfortable to wear for extended periods without pressure or discomfort. Fit is excellent, and it stays in place throughout the night. If you’ve struggled with nose marks or irritation from traditional masks, this one is absolutely worth it.

While I take a medium in the official AirTouch masks, these are sized differently and I had to go up to a large. The manufacturer was fantastic and shipped me the right size for free after I contacted them. I would give this is a five star review but after about a month the foam started coming off. I just pulled it the rest of the way off and the mask works fine without it. I probably use them longer than I'm supposed to, but I can't be alone there!

Fits smaller than OEM and does not fit tight, thus leakage and increased pressure on CPAP. Maybe worth as a backup when traveling, but would not use this as primary cushion.

I have a smaller face and nose. The brand name mask that came with my CPAP was too small to be really comfortable (size small), but the medium size mask was too large. This medium size mask is in between and fits me much better than any mask I have used. If you use a medium, I would order a large, but for those like me who are between sizes, this mask was perfect. No more air escaping and blowing in my eyes all night long. The other mask also left a mark on my nose that this mask does not. The cushion helps to create a better seal and I ordered this particular brand to try that cushion. All-in-all, I recommend this and will be ordering again.

Don't be fooled, this isn't the same, the sizing is different, doesn't fit. They're smaller, and have silicone "flaps" inside next to your nose. Also, the website they give for customer support doesn't exist. STAY AWAY. Update; After trying the size I normally wear, I tried their large. It did seem to fit a little better, but the foam isn't the same, and I had leaks around the edges. I tried adjusting the headgear for several nights then put my old nose piece in and threw away the large. SUMMARY; Save your money, stay away. Cheaper usually means ...cheaper. these are junk.

First I want to say, that the most important thing to know is that you must follow the procedure in the description in order to buy the correct size. Do not just but the same size you have for the original Resmed one. Amazon says they have a higher than usual return rate, and my guess is people are not following the sizing directions. Wearing this nasal mask is very comfortable. The original one always hurt the bridge of my nose; so much so that I often removed the thing during the night. This mask has memory foam that conforms to my nose without hurting it. The first time I put it on, it took me 30 seconds or so, to get it to seal 100%, but once sealed I had no issue. Do not be discouraged if you put it on and it leaks a little bit at first. Once you get it sealed, you will be glad you bought this nasal mask. As of this review, I’ve used it at least 30 days and only once did I have to take it off without using it the whole night. I had just got home from open heart surgery and it was painful to sleep in my normal position, so getting comfortable, and getting the mask to seal/fit right took some getting used to. Please do yourself a favor and purchase this nasal mask. You won’t regret it!

Medium is a good range for most. Instructions say to wipe clean and to replace monthly. It was more comfortable in some ways, however, still hurt the bridge of my nose and I continue to break out. Quality was there, just not for me, as well as, $ to replace often.
