Love this hangers - very well made, stylish and works perfectly. Easy to install. The previous ones that I had I didn’t like because it didn’t fully allow to close the doors. But with these hangers there is no such problem.

Compact: I needed one behind a door on a wall that is perpendicular with a door stop. Some other hangers are deeper than my door stop. Looks nice. Very simple modern look. 1. Yep, the decorative caps can fall off; they don't click into place. If you have to use difference anchors pay attention to the size of your replacement screw heads - common #6 screws usually have a head that fits snug enough that the plastic washer that holds the cap will splay out and prevent the cap from fitting properly. 2. The anchor points are completely flush with the wall, so if you decide to use molly bolts or heavy duty drywall anchors (which I needed because I have double thick drywall) the crown of the bolt will be standing 1/32" to 1/16" out from the wall causing that much gap between the hanger and the wall, resulting in a tiny bit of vertical wobble. I put a few layers of masking tape on the bottom back side to stabilize it.

These racks seem well made and they look so nice once installed. I am using them as a towel rack on the back of my bathroom doors which leads me to my 4 star review...since it is being advertised as a coat rack they probably intend for it to be installed into drywall and so the included hardware makes sense, there are screws and anchors. But since I installed mine on a hollow door the included anchors would just not work so I had to make some modifications where I used a different set of anchors and then because it felt wobbly where the anchors were raised out from the door I wound up putting a shim behind it to help hold it in place. Photos are of the finished product and the anchor I did not use. After all that, they are now lovely, sturdy additions to our bathrooms!

The product is fine, but the mounting method leaves a little to be desired. They give you plastic washers that fit under the screw, and then a black cover that covers the screw by mounting onto the washer. However, when you tighten the screws down, the cheap plastic washer expands and then the black caps won't stay on. If I loosen the screw a bit, then the caps will stay on, but then there's play in the installation. I ended up using my own black screws and just ditched their solution.

Great price, a little light for heavy jackets but perfect for sweaters or hats, very nice aesthetically for those looking for something gold but not too flashy
