I have tried several different brands of these things, and I have to say this one is by far the best as far as how clear the images are. I love that you can take the ear wax scoop off because I don't use them. I only got it so I could check to see how my eardrum looks, if it looks like it's infected or not. I ordered this one because I could remove the tip, but also because with my old one, the images were getting so blurry it was impossible to see anything. So I wanted to get a different brand to try, and saw that with this one I could take off the screw-on tip, which was important to me. I have sensitive ears, so those tips tend to make my ears bleed. That was one of my biggest requirements, along with good reviews and a decent camera. This met them all. It was a big bonus that this one was actually cheaper than the other brands I had tried. It is really easy to set up; a child could do it. And if you have a family of 4, this is great because it comes with 4 different colored silicone earpieces so you don't hurt yourself. You could assign each person a color so you all have your own adapter pieces. Plus, it also has one that you can attach to look more closely at the skin. When I got mine tonight, I plugged it in to finish charging, and I don't think it was even on the charger for 30 minutes before it finished topping off the full charge. It also comes with some metal ear cleaning tools, but they look like they could really damage the skin in your ears if you're not careful. I have already recommended this to a friend. We both have hearing issues and can be prone to infections. I already found out that I have a hole in my eardrum, which completely explains my severe dizziness lately. So if you or your family members are prone to wax or prone to infections, this would definitely be worth it. You will be shocked at the clarity of the images and the ease of use. Just go slow and follow the directions. For me, it was 1000% worth it.

The tool works as advertised, however, it is still very hard to see to the back of the ear cannel. I enlisted my wife to help and still had trouble getting the wax out. But for the low price, it is still handy to have around.

This is a very clear ear camera I ever own. I owned 2 different brands before I have this, and this is the only one that I like the most. Easy to setup, easy to use, better design, better quality at a cheaper price. It even has a cover for the top of the tool which the others don't have. So far so good. Highly recommend.

I wondered how the low price would affect quality. The first unit was amazing but the battery wouldn’t charge. Amazon replaced it very quickly. The replacement works great. The picture is crystal clear. It takes a bit of practice since you move kind of opposite. But it becomes easier in a short period. I’ll never clean with Q tips again.

Muy buen producto pero creo que hay varios puntos a mejorar. 1. Es increíblemente fácil que se te ensucie la cámara, podría tener una herramienta de limpieza 2. La pinza removedora es demasiado larga para quitar cerilla cerca del tímpano lo cual podría ser peligroso, debería tener una pinza más chica 3. Debería tener su propio estuche, solo la puedes guardar en la caja que es de muy mala calidad. Pero en si el producto es fantástico.

El producto llegó bien, las instrucciones son simples. Si se pudo vincular a la app del producto, la cámara se ve un poco nítido pero con esa visión es fácil de maniobrar. Tiene amplios accesorios para realizar la limpieza adecuadamente, sus cuidados son sencillos. Vale la pena
