Also it is very quick and pretty quiet ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Do NOT buy this printer! *by S***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 20 March 2024* Do not be tempted by the fast print speed and self levelling of this printer as it has a major design flaw!I consider myself to have a decent knowledge of running and maintaining 3D printers, having had and Ender3 for 3 years and an Anycubic Vyper for 18 months. I bought the KE as I wanted something faster.I've actually had 2 KEs now in the space of a month, the first returned after 2 weeks, and this one going back after the same amount of time. When you first start the KE up and run a print, you will be amazed by its speed and build quality. However, with the first one on my 4th print I had a major malfunction with the print head getting coated in a ball of PLA. I managed to clear it, cleared the extruder nozzle, and set another print going. Same thing happened, but this time I was unable to clear the PLA covering the entire print head. Machine returned. I gave Creality the benefit of the doubt and got another. First 5 prints, brilliant. 6th print the same thing happened but I managed to remove it from the print head. I joined a forum to find out if anyone else had this problem and it seems a great number of KE owners did! I was advised that the 2 screws holding the extruder to the heat sink work loose, and you have to tighten them, or PLA leaks from where the extruder joins the heat sink. I checked and the screws were indeed loose. After tightening them, after every 3rd print I would check them again. However, even this didn't stop it happening again and the picture attached to this review shows the result. Printer completely unusable and being returned.I consider this a major design flaw by Creality. You cannot be expected to have to repeatedly tighten screws holding an essential component in place. But if you don't, the printer will fail and you won't be able to fix it. Don't buy this printer.
