I had No complaints with this sugar. I've stopped using sweeteners and went back to using brown sugar. That is a Great alternative to white sugar. While white sugar adds sweetness, brown sugar also adds flavour and the strength of that flavour ranges from a light muscovado to a dark rich demerara sugar. This is an unrefined raw cane sugar with large toffee-coloured crystals. It has a natural golden-brown color because it undergoes minimal processing.
