## Description

Four straps. One job. Keep your protection where it belongs. The Diamond MMA Quad Strap Jock System pairs our Quad Strap Jock with our hard athletic cup to deliver shift-proof groin protection for athletes in baseball, hockey, football, lacrosse, and combat sports. Most supporters rely on compression alone to hold a cup in place. Our patented 4-strap design keeps the cup snug against the body, preventing vertical and lateral movement, while a tailor-fit cup pocket keeps it centered through every sprint, slide, dive, and scramble. You stay focused on the game, not on adjusting your cup. The cup itself is built for serious contact. A rigid polycarbonate shell and contoured shape help deflect impact, while a soft rubber elastomer rim cushions the edges for all-day comfort. WHY A HARD CUP: Soft cups are mostly padding, built for lighter contact. A hard polycarbonate shell holds its shape on impact and spreads the force across the cup, so a ball, stick, knee, or kick is deflected instead of pushed through. The elastomer rim keeps the edges comfortable. BUILT TO LAST: 84% nylon / 16% spandex jersey, four 1" military-grade elastic straps, a 2" plush knit waistband with the Diamond logo and a drawstring, and flat seams sewn with stretch thread. CHOOSE YOUR CUP: The adult cup (6.75" x 4" x 2.25") gives full coverage and is the standard choice for most adult athletes. The youth cup (5.5" x 3" x 2") has the same construction in a smaller, lower-profile size. It's a great fit for teens who've outgrown youth jock sizes and for athletes with a smaller build. Youth cup available with sizes Small–Large. SIZING (fits waist): Small 28–30" | Medium 30–32" | Large 32–34" | X-Large 34–36" | XX-Large 36–40" | 3XL 41–44". Made to fit snug; the waistband stretches to fit. Between sizes or thicker in the thighs or seat? Go up a size. WARRANTY: Lifetime warranty on the athletic cup. 30-day warranty on the jock. Serious protection. Secure fit. Built to stay in place. Protect your family jewels.

## Features

- SHIFT-PROOF GROIN PROTECTION: Our 4-strap design keeps the cup snug against the body, preventing vertical and lateral movement while you run, slide, skate, grapple, and change direction. Less adjusting. More focus on the game.
- PATENTED QUAD STRAP TECHNOLOGY: Four 1" military-grade elastic straps work like suspenders with a tailor-fit cup pocket to keep the cup centered and close to the body. An overlapping pocket design holds the cup securely in place. Protection that doesn't move, even when you do.
- HARD CUP, CHOOSE YOUR SIZE: Pick the adult cup (6.75" x 4" x 2.25") for full coverage, or the youth cup (5.5" x 3" x 2") for a smaller, lower profile, often the right choice for teens and smaller-framed athletes. Both have a rigid polycarbonate shell that holds its shape on impact (not soft padding) and a soft rubber elastomer rim.
- BUILT FOR COMFORT AND EVERY SPORT: An 84% nylon / 16% spandex jersey pouch, a 2" plush knit logo waistband with a drawstring, and flat seams keep it comfortable all game. Built for baseball, hockey, football, lacrosse, wrestling, MMA, boxing, Muay Thai, jiu jitsu, and other high-impact sports.
- WHAT'S INCLUDED + SIZING: One Quad Strap Jock plus one adult or youth cup, depending on your selection. Adult fits waist: S 28–30", M 30–32", L 32–34", XL 34–36", XXL 36–40", 3XL 41–44". The youth cup is available in S–L. It fits snug by design. Between sizes or thicker in the thighs or seat? Go up a size. Lifetime cup warranty.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Im 5'7 205lbs 34 waist, any suggestions on whether the l or xl would fit better? i do mostly bjj and kick boxing**
A: I'm 5'7 220lbs 38 waist. I bought the XL fits great! I still adjust the pull string to be a little bit tighter. But the band is forgiving and with the pull string you could lose weight and I'm sure it would still fit. Go with the large size. Hope this helps!

**Q: My waist is 30 in. What size do you recommend?**
A: The size chart for this item is as follows:Sizing WaistSmall	27-30"Medium	31-34"Large	35-38"X-Large	39-42"2X-Large	43-48"

**Q: Does the cup come out of strap**
A: The cup does come out of the strap, which makes it easy to clean.

**Q: Is this cup our youth or adult?**
A: Adult. We do have a Youth version available though.
