I bought these to protect my work tops when laying down hot pans - work really well as expected. But I also use them as a barrier between my HexClad pans when stored to protect the pans and to eliminate contact between stacked pans . This also works . They are very good quality as you can expect from Hexclad , sure there are cheaper alternatives but if you have paid for the HexClad Pans it makes sense to protect them , so for me a worthwhile purchase

Great job protecting our countertop

These things are great! Non-slip is no joke, they stay right where you put them even if you slide the skillet over them. Far less heat transfer compared to the cloth hot pads plus they clean up super easy and are the perfect size regardless for the skillet you're using. Highly recommend whether you're using Hexclad pans or cast iron.
