However *by S***N on August 31, 2015* I do not understand why the adults who are reviewing this as ADULTS care so much if these are palatable. Vitamins aren't supposed to taste good. However, the taste and texture of these are tolerable, which by vitamin standards, is not bad.Like many people, I eat these as a grown woman because of recurring problems with iron and calcium deficiency that result from being an athlete. I loathe taking iron pills because quite frankly, they are nasty and it disincentivizes me from taking them on a regular basis.
