I feel like these made a small change however I changed brand after as cheaper and more of them which have also worked great but maybe these gave them a head start

I will update this in a couple of months. I’ve only gone through half a bottle so far so I haven’t had much opportunity to see a difference in my nails, skin, or hair. The taste is quite pleasant though and I love that they seem to help me have a BM, as I have yummy issues that prevent it. So, even if they don’t work for the targeted issues, I will continue to use them as they’re great for constipation haha 😅

I just started my second bottle and can say this had been the best thing I’ve found to help with my hair loss thanks to the joys of perimenopause!
