Its perfect for everything! Its sturdy and easy to stash somewhere cause you just pull up the handle and it folds flat. And to use it you just put it down and push down on the handle and it expands out into the step stool. I keep it in the kitchen to reach the higher shelves in my cupboard. Its made of hard plastic and holds, I think up to around 250lbs. I got the black one but Im going to get a couple more, for each bathroom and the utility room. I find that Im carrying it around to each room (which you can do easily but it would be easier to have one in each room and the cost being so great, you can have one everywhere). It would also be great for taking camping.
