These are SO good—I was honestly shocked (in the best way)! I’ve tried a lot of “healthy” snacks, and most of them miss the mark on taste or texture, but these marshmallow krisp bars absolutely deliver. The texture is soft, chewy, and actually enjoyable—not dry or overly dense like a lot of protein snacks. They really do taste like a treat, not something you’re forcing yourself to eat. The updated recipe is a huge win! I also love the nutrition—10g of protein and only 2g net carbs makes these perfect for when I want something sweet without the sugar crash. Better than I anticipated. Kind of like a thin STALE rice crispy treat. Does not have the same fluffy/crispy/gooey bite as a rice crispy treat. BUT it's close. Tastes sweet, tastes like marshmallow, no funky protein taste. It does leave a weird sweet taste that lingers. would buy again.

Tasted similar to your typical rice crispies but of course not the same as it is healthier. Has a crunch which is satisfying. Larger size than your typical rice crispy treat! They taste really good for eight of them. It’s not really worth the price. I ordered them twice. I feel like they’re overpriced honestly.

I unwrapped the Krispie treat, quivering with excitement. The reviews of this Keto treat were playing through my mind: “tastes like the real thing”, “so delicious!”, “feels like cheating “. I couldn’t wait! I raised the bar to my lips, bracing myself for the sweet chewy taste. I bit into it, ready for the dopamine explosion about to hit my body from the long deprivation of sugar. I chewed; it was just the right texture! I tasted……(brakes screeching, confusion mounting) ‘What the h-e-double hockey sticks!?!’ Gag…sputter…. I asked myself: “Do I swallow or do I spit?” More confusion, growing sadness. I decided to swallow. Gulp. The lingering chemical taste on my tongue, the bitter disappointment was almost too much to bear. As I reached for my water bottle to wash away the remains of the “manna from heaven that really came from the other place”, I asked myself, “Did those other reviewers lie? Why would they do that?” “Maybe their tastebuds died?” “Maybe in the diet despair, they tricked themselves into believing this ‘sinless’ treat was delicious?” I cannot explain the phenomenon of rave reviews for this treat. It will always remain a mystery to me. 😞

The texture is soft and crunchy at the same time, which makes them the perfect snack to get rid of cravings during the day. You can see the good quality of the ingredients and they come very well packaged. They have definitely become my favorites!
