Worked first time out of box. Second time I used it it was faulty.

Had this tester 4 months. Used first time out of box. Worked great. Put it up and the got it back out to use. Turned it on and was unable to complete anything because the screen has a dead spot on left side. Can't set up email, can't use OBD, it's totally worthless. DONT BUY THIS CRAPPY TESTER!!!!! THIS COMPANY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND ITS PRODUCT. THE KEEP GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND AND THEN PRODUCT WARRANTY EXPIRED. THEY THEN IGNORED ME FOR GOOD. THEY WILL SCREW YOU THEN IGNORE YOU. THEY DONT CARE. THEY TRY GETTING YOU TO FIX THEIR ITODUCT WHENS IT A PIECE OF POOP AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN BABY RUN!!!!!
