Surprisingly beneficial
At first I thought it was a poor purchase but it definitely helps vs not having it on. Used to keep my thumb supported while sleeping too

Not so good for me
It's well made, and comfortable to wear. However, it doesn't restrict the movement of my thumb sufficiently to prevent soreness. It doesn't provide support to the soft heel of my hand, again not preventing soreness, the arthritis ache.

NOT as the pictures show
MISLEADING and false information in all the pictures and video. I was expecting it to be LONGER on the thumb, NOT SHORT. It would've been perfect for me, had it been longer, as I have a protruding vein on my thumb that gets sore, and wanted a gentle cover for it. I ordered the double pack, M size, which fits nicely for what I intended for, and it is comfortable wearing it as it should be worn, it is not tight around the wrist. But the shortness off the thumb makes it just cover the joint. So I have to put the wrist higher up on the hand, to make the thumb part raise up higher. I cannot wear it as then it's a bit tight to keep half way up my hand. It says you can cut to size lol, YOU CAN'T! I'm so disappointed! Weird, the description now says shorter version, which wasn't there when I ordered it. Unless you want the shorter version, AVOID.
