Theater Crazy Popcorn Machine, Nonstick Kettle, 4 Qt., Red

This thing is incredible for how it works and makes amazing popcorn! My 2nd purchase and this was a present for my son. It’s a pain to clean, lots of hand washing stuff and the inside of the unit is the biggest pain to clean. But it’s a lot less expensive and tastes so much better than any movie theater experience! It as never burnt any kernels, I just use common sense and when it slows down popping I stand there and wait so I can dump the hopper so it doesn’t burn. It heats up and cooks fast, so pop time is short. And the unit is very durable, the kettle is very heavy duty. And the size is big but not too big! You are supposed to use 4oz packets but I use 6oz and just grab a few scoops out to make space as it finishes up. To ease the pain of cleaning, I’ll make a 2nd 6oz packet and will put in gallon size storage bags to eat the next day or whenever. It still is fresh and good this way!

Knowing what to send my adult kids for Christmas has always been a puzzle for me. My daughter and husband received just the perfect item this year. They have enjoyed many movie nights with their grandchildren. Yep,this year I picked the perfect gift, the West Bend Stir Crazy Movie Theater Popcon Popper. This is making movie night a real treat and fun,.... I'm so glad this was the product I choose, my gift just keeps on giving or should I say popping.

This was a replacement for a more expensive brand in which the on/off switch broke. This popcorn maker is just as good for the price (quite honestly, it is almost identical to the more expense brand I had) and makes good popcorn! All kernels get popped. No issues thus far.

We used it for our workplace Halloween event and it was a big hit. Everyone loves and wants popcorn. It’s smaller than I anticipated but it did the job and people loved getting their fresh popcorn. We need to have someone popping popcorn every 20-30 min or so and serving in the little bags. I like that it came with everything you need (I.e the scooper) and instructions were pretty easy to follow. We served in little popcorn baggies and bought the popcorn packets also through Amazon. We served a total of about 70 people and it was perfect for us. I would say more than that might need a bigger machine. It’s perfect for home use.

This popcorn machine is a great purchase. It takes less than 3 minutes to assemble. The machine is sturdy and well made. It is the perfect size to sit on the countertop without taking up too much space. It pops perfect popcorn every time, proving enough popcorn for a family of 4 to enjoy. We use the machine at least once a week. Cleanup is very easy.

Got this for my mom as a Christmas gift, she has used it pretty much twice weekly since then and she still absolutely loves it! Cooks popcorn kernels in no time, only noise is the popcorn itself and so far she has not burnt any either! The material is easy to clean and it’s still going strong!

Cute, easy to use, assembly was easy. Makes about 2oz of popcorn at a time which equals a medium popcorn and or 1 cup of kernels. If you looking for something bigger this is not the one. If you’re looking for something that’s compact, space worthy, and great to have this is a good choice. Cons: Door easily pops open when popping which will create a mess, kernels tend to get stuck at the top when popping this is why the door pops open.

Not suitable for use in the uk seems to be a maximum output heating system which means uk voltage just burns and smokes due to it being higher than in the USA. Unfair to judge beyond that as it looked very good

Popcorn done this way is pretty tasty. If you got the right stuff, it’s even better. I’ve got the coconut oil and the orange salt ( Flavacol ) that you could buy on Amazon. It goes a long way and it taste just like the popcorn at the movies. The only thing on this machine that could be better is the arm that spins the popcorn around, should be a little bit longer so it reaches closer to the edge so all the kernels get covered in oil, but it popped no problem.

We love our popcorn machine. Use it almost every night. It is all plastic, but is easy to clean. Was easy to put together. The only issue I have is that the seed catcher’s, on the bottom, doesn’t stay in place
