I love these! I eat them every few days. I don’t know what the other people were talking about when they said they have a smell because these have no smell. I've been looking for a gluten-free, soy-free noodle substitute and came across these. They don't have a strong flavor (maybe a hint of citrus?) and they don't fall apart or get too mushy. I really wanted something that could pass in Japanese cuisine and these did work well with yakisoba. My next attempt will be ramen. The only downside to these noodles is the slight rubbery texture. It was definitely noticeable at the first bite and I wasn't sure if I could get used to them. By the end of the bowl, I was noticing it less and less. I will give them a second try, but I kind of put these in the same category as zucchini noodles. They both get the job done, but they're still a little disappointing. Soup might be a better use for these in terms of softening the texture. I think they are worth a try to see if you can handle the little bit of rubberiness.
