Will this allow me to install a factory remote start on my 2013 Prius?

This software/cable combo failed to communicate with 3 different Toyota cars. We weren't able to conduct any diagnostic or code scanning. It wasn't even able to turn off the open door warning sounds eventhough it was a listed option in the software. Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere.

I am needing techstream to un-register and re-register an ecu, id code box and key fob. will this allow me to do that?

techstream can't register an ecu, it can program new key. read code customer setting....

Will this work for 2018 camry xse?

It is my understanding the Techstream program will work on all Toyota manufactured automobiles. However, unless you have the latest version you may not be able to use all of the functions for the 2018 Camry XSE. Your best bet is to contact the seller to see if this version is late enough to be used on the 2018 Camry XSE.
