This pillow works well for my hip and lower back pain. I tried a smaller thicker with a strap but the thinner longer pillow is more comfortable and offers support under my knees as well.

My first version of the leg pillow was the common small size one from another vendor. Sometimes it would drop off to floor. The MINUPWELL Knee Pillow is more comfortable than the small size one as my ankles do not touch each other with the MINUPWELL Knee Pillow. And, I can place this pillow under my belly when I sleep on belly. And I feel very comfortable to place it under my legs when I sleep on back. Very versatile.

This pillow really helps me it aligns my body when I sleep on my side its thick enough but not to bulky at first the pillow was small and didnt fit the case but you have to let it poof up for a few hours then it’s perfect definitely helps with my back and hip pain i once had before this pillow!
