It is "Brock string eye exercise".  The clinical use are exercises over a period of time to train the eye muscles to work together and exercise the muscles that focus the. I never  seen a claim that helps aging eyes focus on close work, but It it seem to help me 35 years ago. My  son was having reading problems in school and Brocks exercises were one of many things tried on him he didn't particularly care to do. I did them with him every night for a month. I  don't think it helped his reading but sure heled my problems with eye strain form 18 hour day at a computer terminal.

I have used a few times over the years for treating too much time at screen and i think it works for  me. I'm 77 and can still see the sights with out glasses.

how do i attach the string to my corneas?

Hi. The string does not attach to your face or any body parts. Checkout the instructions. I have found the focus string to be a good training tool. Good luck.

Question 3

Should I start with the regular focus string and move up to the advanced one  or should I just start off with the advanced focus string?

Start off with one of each and one for each of your friends! Kidding. (kinda) They each have their advantages, but if you're using it for shooting I'd get the advanced one. If you want some variety down the road then get the regular one. If it's not for shooting, I'd go the other way around.

I got a string, with beads on it and no instructions.  What am i supposed to do with this please?.
