The badge actually came out much better than I expected. I ensured I enlarge the image I upload to fit the whole badge as you are able to do that before placing your badge & adding it to the basket. I feel like the people who left bad review either uploaded poor quality image so that was what was printed on the badge, they did not enlarge the image to fit the whole badge as it allows you to do so before placing an order or they did not communicate with the seller to reach a desired result (or all of the above).The seller was so so lovely and so so helpful probably one of the best customer service I have received this year. The badge looks and came out much better than expected. I ensured I uploaded a great quality pic as the badge background, enlarged it to fit the whole badge before processing the order. Then I messaged the seller as they have requested you do if you need help to reach desired badge. The process was smooth. Everyone who gave a bad review got exactly what they ordered for and that doesn't deserve a bad review.Long story short I am super happy with it.
