BlueBonnet Nutrition Sunfiber, 7.4 oz

I am a fan!!! I've continually used this product for regularity and it does the job. My doctor did not recommend, but when I gave her a list of my regular morning rituals, she approved. It has no taste, is easily dissolved and keeps my digestive system moving. I Do Recommend.

I'm near the end of my first canister of this, and I've been impressed. As other reviews have mentioned, this mixes incredibly easy by just stirring with a spoon in water (or other beverage), and it's essentially tasteless and textureless. I've used it in conjunction with psyllium for about a month, and it's revolutionized my digestion. On the few days I skipped the psyllium, this worked well by itself. The only very minor issue I had was nominal difficulty getting the scoop out of the canister when it was new. Seriously considering adding this as a subscription item, and heartily recommended it to anyone looking for an easy fiber supplement.

Works very well for your gut. I have taken it for a couple months and it has been a great addition. It doesn't dissolve completely, but I just drink it fast.

This truly doesn't add any taste to your drink but it does make the drink a little bit thicker, which I don't mind! I think it helps keeps me full as well.

I'm confused and disappointed. I thought that all Sunfiber would be the same so the brand wouldn't matter. This was a few dollars cheaper than the other brand I usually purchase and figured that Bluebonnet was a well known brand so it would be just fine. However, this does not mix nearly as well as the other brand. Not going to purchase this again.
