Product arrived on time as scheduled and in perfection condition. It appears to be a quality product by its light weight construction and easy handling! Like other reviewers have mentioned that it is difficult to gauge where exactly the hole will be punched if you didn't align the puncher on material correctly! Once the puncher is positioned on paper correctly, it works perfectly and easily! The puncher mechanism went through materials with ease and cleanly. The price of the unit is very reasonable.

This punch is great. Metal construction, effortless operation, and punches clean holes through the advertised amount of paper. Worth the money.

Ergonomics? Yes. Soft and smooth as butter on your creaky ol' joints.Punch? Clean and superb. No hanging bits.Clearance? Meh. You'll have to toothpick the punched paper out after each punch, literally. I do projects that need to be sight-aligned so this is a slowdown, but for clean cuts that don't hurt after a bunch of them, I'm ok with that.Thickness - OK. Not great, but not bad to the point that it makes me angry. Can get through one layer of pad-back type board, so that's more than I'd expect. Glad I've got this, way better than the classic ones you probably have in a drawer somewhere.

My purchase replaced a very old product that came too close to pinching me hand more than once and made me leery every time I used it. This is a well known brand name that I have bought many different products over the years and they have always performed very well. It is heavy duty with a much better design and well built.

If you're looking for a hole punch and don't really mind where the hole lands, this is your gadget. If you want to gauge the hole or use it like a standard hole punch, run away from this thing! It's only good if you need to recess holes greater than a regular punch. Had I known...

Quite a solid and sturdy hole puncher, wasn’t expecting it to cut through the card and paper as smoothly as it did. No cheap China wobbles or squishes when using it either, it feels bulletproof when it bites down.

I was hoping it would punch through a piece of paper that had been laminated (with a 3 mil thick thermal laminated sheet), and it does, with ease! The hole that the punch made is also not overly large, so it is perfect for making light bookmarks. Five stars.
