I tried everything else and these seem to have work for me.
I have horrible IBS and other digestive issues that will probably bother me for a life time. These probiotics make me the most normal and less gassy than I have ever felt. Thank you for a good product at a great price. Make sure you refrigerate after opening.

Definitely works with keeping your gut healthy. Seems to work best if taken on empty stomach first thing in the morning with a glass of water and waiting 30+ mins to eat breakfast. This helps get as much of the probiotics past your stomach and into the small intestines, where the magic occurs. :)

Another quality Nutricost product
Nutricost is a go to brand for me. I was a little worried going from no probiotics to a high dose of probiotics but I had no ill or noticeable effects. Another quality Nutricost product.
