Nutricost is a go to brand for me. I was a little worried going from no probiotics to a high dose of probiotics but I had no ill or noticeable effects. Another quality Nutricost product.

Definitely works with keeping your gut healthy. Seems to work best if taken on empty stomach first thing in the morning with a glass of water and waiting 30+ mins to eat breakfast. This helps get as much of the probiotics past your stomach and into the small intestines, where the magic occurs. :)

It is exactly what it says it is if you're having digestive issues maybe give this a shot. I personally really improved my digestive troubles with this product and even have more energy now. It's amazing how much work our gut does for us.
