As it's connected wirelessly, is there any delay between playing a note and it being heard through PC?

I’ve just tried the wireless function in a shop while deciding whether to buy. I found there to be almost no delay whatsoever. Half a second is either a huge exaggeration, or the computer/notebook/iPad etc your plugged into isn’t set up correctly

If not (but I am sure there is) you can assign one of the buttons to be a transpose and program it into the DAW you are connecting it to. (mainstage - Mac)

Can you use this with soundtrap, soundation or bandlab please? if so can you just plug in the usb stick and away you go?

How would this keyboard work if i connected it to another keyboard (roland vr09)?

If you use the MIDI out socket to connect this to the VR09, then it essentially just becomes a MIDI controller and will play the sounds from the VR09. Kind Regards AVC
