Q: Can these be used with dusk to dawn sensors?

I would imagine so, as they are just like a normal light bulb.

Q: Is there an app that can control these?

No. The remote control that comes with them is how you change the colours. And to be honest they are very good bulbs I'm extremely satisfied with them.

Q: How bright are these bulbs, want to use as lighting in flower beds

They are bright enough for the garden. I use mine in multi colour fade the underlight my trees.

Q: Are these fire rated for UK use?

Not sure. I can say confidently that the unit stays cold to hand warm only. The tri-colour led chip is so small it rarely gets warm. With the super magnification lens it throws out a good amount of light. Well recommended and have no concerns if mounting in the ceiling
