I was pleasantly surprised
This works really well for my senior citizen, fine and thinning hair with a curl pattern of 2a to 3a. I was really surprised how much I love this especially since it's so affordable and for me, works as well as some of the more expensive brands. It does give root boosting volume and lift. It keeps my scalp from getting itchy and doesn't seem to build up on my hair or scalp. I try to stay as close as possible to the Curly Girl method with their do's and don'ts of ingredients and although this might not be 100% Curly Girl product approved I will buy this again regardless because so far at least, no harm and a lot of help.

Works a well as the expensive brands
Great value This adds volume as well as more expensive brands. It has a mild but pleasant smell and does not leave hair feeling sticky or dry. A little goes a long way.

Not good
I applied it to my roots and it made them greasy. I don’t really understand why someone would need this product. There are products on the marked that really work.

Great help for thin hair!
I’ve lost the thickness of my hair, and this gives me the boost and volume on top that I need. It’s easy to use and as affective as more expensive ones that I have used. Be sure to not over saturate. A little goes a long way. It does make a styling texture to give done height at my roots.

Volume it brings to the hair is great the scent is lite so that’s a extra bonus leaves the perfect amount of shine to your hair

Does the opposite of what it says it does...
This absolutely does not lift my roots. I have fine, slightly wavy hair and this left my roots heavy and looking greasy, providing zero lift and weighing the crown of my head down. Very disappointed in this product and would never purchase again.
