Dear Amazon Customer Support, I am writing to express my disappointment with the jacket I recently purchased through Amazon. Unfortunately, the product I received is of very poor quality and does not match the description or expectations shown on the website. The material quality is extremely low, the stitching is not proper, and overall the jacket looks cheap and uncomfortable to wear. Considering the price paid, this product is not worth the money at all. I genuinely did not expect such a substandard product from Amazon.
