Strong but never acidic.
This tea is wonderful! I love a strong black tea and this is all that. It brews up strong and full of flavor. There is NO bitterness or acidity & I highly recommend this tea. The best "cuppa" I've had in a long time🎖

So much better than national brands!
I browsed a Harrod’s at Heathrow airport last month where I purchased a variety pack. Loved the quality and ordered this- wonderful!

bad taste and poor packaging
Tastes nothing like harrods. The harrods Knightbridge blend I had in England was one of the best cups of tea I've ever had. I was really looking forward to this but for some reason it tastes like miso soup, it doesn't even taste like black tea which is bizarre. Plus the packaging was already slightly opened so I'm sure that dried out the teabags further. Do not waste your money on this!

Just a great cuppa!
I've been addicted to Yorkshire Gold, Taylors of Harrogate and Thompsons. All great, but not quite the 'oooomf!' i wanted in my mug every morning. This does it perfectly, and without the extra tannins in Builders Tea or the inconsistency of Smuggler's Tea. I shall be subscribing hence forth. (should have guessed Harrods would get it right!) PS this is blend 15. don't accept the others.

Package damaged, product okay
The box had a huge split down the front (shipping package was undamaged.) Wouldn't care normally, except this was meant as a gift. Tea bags inside were sealed in pouch, so actual product was fine.

Delicious tea
This is a delicious cup of black tea, it’s strong and holds up well to putting milk in it. Definitely recommend to serious english tea drinkers!

Poor presentation for such a lovely tea.
The tea itself is delicious -5 stars, but the packaging came badly damaged. It was intended to be a gift. I was embarrassed to give it in the crumpled box so I transferred the bags to a cute tin then printed a nice photo of the package as a tag. I'd think Harrods would be appalled to see their teas shipped in such a poor condition.

The item areived crushed. This was meant to be a mothers day gift. I'm extremely disappointed
