Glamorous Gold Leaves

I had never used gold leaves in baking before, but I wanted to try based on other pictures I have seen. The gold leaves come in small sheets of five. They are about 2x2 square Inches. They are so small for the price because they are actual gold. If the sheets were much bigger then you would be paying more. They sheets are very delicate. I tried using my fingers to take some off but it kept disintegrating. You have to use tweezers or something similar to remove pieces of the gold leaf and place on your food item. I’m glad I purchased this. They made my treats look beautiful. I plan to purchase more.
