I’ve been taking this L-Arginine supplement for a few weeks and I’m really happy with it. The 4000mg dose per serving feels effective, and the 360-tablet supply lasts a long time, which is great value. It’s easy to swallow and hasn’t caused any discomfort for me. I’ve noticed better energy during workouts and improved overall circulation. A reliable, high-quality supplement that I’ll definitely be buying again.

The tablets are massive and hard to swallow, with the recommended serving size to be 4x tablets it's best to take them separately and not in one go. As far as I've noticed I haven't really noticed any effects but maybe for slightly more visual veins.

Awful product. Begins to disintegrate minutes after taking out of the pot, eventually becoming a foul-tasting m, hydrophobic, near-unswallowable powder after about an hour (which will coat and ruin all the other tabs/supps in the same container). Completely unsuitable for people who use a daily pillboxes box, or who decant any pills into smaller containers for travelling. Or even if you take your tablets any way other than one by one as soon as you take them out their packaging. I’ve had other brands of arginine before and they haven’t done this. It’s absolutely a quality or formulation issue with this brand. Looks like other reviewers have had the same problem. Do not buy, unless you’ve been really wanting to start your day by gagging and choking on your pills for however many weeks you were foolish enough to sort ahead.

Great price and defiantly feel the benefits from this supplement, 3 month supply is great and a high dosage, tablets are quite large.

Seems to work, no negitiv effects for me.

These are fairly large white caplets which I could swallow with no problems. They are supposed to help improve cell recovery and blood flow/blood pressure and possibly lower cholesterol. It's too early for me to attribute any benefits to them yet but I've had no negative effects. At £18 for 180 days supply they are good value assuming I see some benefits.
