**Q: How long is the rope?  Is the rope brown or black?**
A: The rope is. 37" long from bottom by feet to where a knot is for hanging.  It's almost 20" from top hand to knot for hanging.  It looks brown, but mine is faded so not sure.  Really cute.  I have it hanging on a pole in my garden.

**Q: How long is the monkey figure without the rope?**
A: The monkey is 16 inches long without the rope.

**Q: Is there anything i can do to prevent the eyes from turning cloudy? i have the monkey in the shde but it will still be exposed to uv rays. thanks**
A: We sprayed ours with clear coat and it still turned cloudy and the body faded after a year in the shade.  The other one got hit by lightning.  But I am in Florida.

**Q: Does the 16" length include the rope?**
A: 16" is the length of the Chimpanzee only.
