Great when sick and need a pick me up. Flavors are good too.

Fantastic
Tried one out the day before and man what a buzz. Felt so good. Did a 100 miles desert motorcycle race. When pitted took one and man felt like a new person. They are awesome. Not a fan of the taste but you fell so hydrated and full of energy.

I like it
Helps with my migraines and when I am sick. Taste is on the saltier side but it’s full of electrolytes, so that makes sense. Easy to use just pour packet into water bottle and drink within 15 minutes.

Great for dehydration
Salted watermelon was definitely my favorite flavor. But the others didn't taste very good. Im not a picky person either. They all did the job though. Only reason for 4 stars is taste.

Pass on this product
I would pass on this product. Salted watermelon was the least offensive. Sweet orange was disappointing at best. The real issue was the lemon-lime. It smells foul as a powder. In the proper water mix (using reverse osmosis water) I took a sip, tasted like urea, second to confirm I wasn’t misinformed, and it confirmed as tasting of urine. Sealed packet, not expired. It dissolves fine, treated hydration about as well as Liquid IV, but it’s unpalatable and all flavors leave the same aftertaste an adult multivitamin does. On top of that, you get more packets for less money of other brands, so it’s overpriced and tastes horrid.

Tastes horrendous!!! smells terrible, Literally have to choke them down, but they pull you outta a Nashville 3 day hangover like a champ. Very hard to get down though, and not just because we were hungover. We also drank them as preventative measures for an outdoor wedding in 102° so we all didn’t pass out and even then they were hard to stomach.

Life Savor !
This is by far the best electrolyte I have ever taken. It is really better than the other ones in the market ! One time I was feeling very bad and sick, and I took one of these, and it really saved my life !
