The Sofia influenza A+B fia employs immunofluorescence to detect influenza a and influenza b viral nucleoprotein antigens in nasal swab, nasopharyngeal swab, and nasopharyngeal aspirate/wash specimens taken directly from symptomatic patients. Individually packaged Test cassettes (25), reagent tubes (25), reagent solution ampoules (25), sterile nasal swabs (25), large pink fixed volume pipettes (25), small clear fixed volume pipettes (25), positive control swab (1), negative control swab (1), printer paper (1), package insert.

IT should be clearly stated on the header for this product that it requires a machine to run this test.  Spent over $600 (including shipping) to get this item only to find out that it requires a machine to run.  Machine costs $1000 BTW.  Highly unfair!
