We returned this item as it didn’t work for us. This product didnt work for us. We tried all the usual things, read instructions , looked at You tube etc but just couldn’t get it to work. Returned it promptly and refunded but now being asked for the money !

As long as you follow the instructions carefully, you will find this an excellent replacement door/gate opener.

I was hesitant about buying these due to the reviews so thought I should share thoughts. A thing I saw repeated was that they don’t come with instructions and people couldn’t get them to work. I bought this brand as it was the same as what we had already. I searched the brand on YouTube and the top hit was an easy to follow guide and it took a matter of seconds to set up each remote and they both work perfectly. 100% recommend this product.

These work well. Easy to programme using the instructions provided by Amazon. There is also a helpful youtube video. Presumably they only work as a replacement for the original of the same brand. Batteries are already installed.

Instructions are not clear. You need to have the existing working control to put the receiver in setting mode. Then set the new control. Otherwise works fine.
