Grape flavor is good, pretty mild. Have been using a few servings per day for a few months now and i do think it has been helping w muscle anabolism. I'm pretty muscular, abt 260 lbs and have a hard time getting to my goal of 250g protein per day. This stuff definitely helps

Tastes good but gritty, doesn’t dissolve all the way (left overnight too)

I purchased the mango and it was pretty good so I ordered the grape. I opened it today. The plastic around the top was in place but inside there was not a paper seal on top and the product is clumped together as if air and moisture had gotten in. I will be returning for a full refund
