Good but pricey
I liked most of the flavours, some are a bit too powdery, but other than that, ok. Chocolate pudding does not taste anything like the description and is fowl tasting! The system (once youโve chosen the flavours you like) is good as you are having 6 sachets a day so you donโt feel too hungry but you do miss the enjoyment of eating, the actual meals are about 10 small spoonfuls, the down side is 6 sachets a day is 180sachets per 30days, the cost of a 12 pox is roughly ยฃ17.45, divide that by 12 is ยฃ1.45 per sachets x it by the180 sachets youโll need for a month and your looking around ยฃ262.35, I donโt spend that much on real food for myself! So I do think this is a bit pricey!! But if you can afford to follow the program as intended you would loose a shed load of weightโฆ.! The pictures added are the risottoโs that is the entire meal! and the omelette, I loved the risotto but would of liked a lot more but then they wouldnโt be able to make us so low in caloriesโฆ

Expensive but work
These really are the diet dust for everyone. They are phew! expensive for what they are, a bit of powder in so much cardboard and plastic. however, they taste great, when instructions followed, and you have 6 sachets a day, no feeling hungry either. The soups, shakes and porridge are the best, the meals 'iffy' and they add up to, 800 calories ---A DAY. Far beneath the needs of any body you will lose weight. I am expecting a Knee operation so do not move much owing to pain. I lost 12 pounds in a fortnight. so, imagine what you can lose going about in a normal day. I am 67, and VLCDs (very low-calorie diets) are not recommended for long term use by older people. but didn't do me any harm and the weight stayed off as I went back on normal food after 14 days. It works, but cost is prohibitive for a lot of people. the sachets come in boxes of 10 /12 depending on what your tastes are requiring. This is a tester pack and is getting on for 30 quid, but gives you a shaker cup and 18 different flavours and meals/shakes etc, I bought this and went on to follow the diet. They ARE well presented and all boxes are a different colour, if you buy the full sizes. There are many different flavours and you only add water to mix them too. each sachet is around 118 calories, yes, 118 calories. the choc mint shake and the mango vanilla are to die for... yummo. :) They are cheaper on amazon than on the NUPO sites, yes this is a global brand.

Meals are fairly filling and most are tasty but the shaker is poor and makes the prep obnoxious
I've got only 3 meals left with this pack and I'm somewhat relieved as unfortunately the shaker which comes with the set has a very poor seal and I've been spattered a few too many times while trying to mix the meals. Also the fact it isn't heatproof so you then have to pour or scoop the semi liquid goop into a new bowl or heatproof soup container to microwave makes the experience really obnoxious and creates a lot of washing up. I've found the meals more filling than huel and some of them are on par for tastiness but they're so much less convenient. I've actually used the huel shaker to make the most recent one so maybe this is more worth it if you have an existing shaker but that still doesn't take away that you have to microwave the meal after and can't just add hot water to a heat proof shaker like you can Huel/ other brands. Favourites were the chocolate pudding, chocolate mint shake (no heating required so may buy those again!) and the egg omelette and apple and cinnamon oatmeal but those 2 were annoying to make. Haven't tried the couscous/ tomato soup yet and the cafe latte shake is likely to be thrown away as I hate coffee.

Makes a good starting place!
Firstly, the taster pack comes with a shaker, which is nice! I bought two selection packs so I had a spare shaker and price-wise I think it's reasonable. Secondly, I am pretty astonished that I haven't actually felt hungry, which is great! Now on to the actual review, these meal replacement sachets are above all convenient, nobody expects them to be gourmet food, they are basic but they do contain your essential nutrients which is very helpful. I only had one headache, on day two, unfortunately also the hottest day of the year but that was to be expected and it wasn't a bad headache, just a little annoying. I make sure to drink plenty of water and I take extra potassium. I find the shakes to be generally okay, the soups are a bit powdery but I add some low starch veggies and some crispy chili and that helps a lot. The 'main meals' are very tiny portions, again a few veggies and a bit of seasoning improves them to a decent level. I'm glad I tried the selection box because I got to taste most of the range without buying a whole box of every flavour! Some of the things I thought I wouldn't like were actually really nice, for example, the chocolate pudding is really tasty and so is the cafe latte shake. The 'omelette' reminded me of when my mother told me about powdered eggs from the war... I put some sweetcorn in it but even then it was a bit weird! Overall I can honestly say they have been okay and I expected a lot worse so it's all good!

Nupo Starter box
I did a lot research on this vlcd. This one you have 5 products a day which I'm only used to having 4 . I think it's a better option having an extra product until you are in ketosis. The products I have tried are delicious, I love chai Latte anyway and the Thai soup is really tasty. The shaker is a bonus and the blender bit is better I normally get metal ones from other VLCD companies. It is more expensive than who I use atm I got great deals off that company but I would definitely buy off the website a big pack in the future. I do highly recommend this if your new to vlcd diets or like I did as it says "Start pack " for 7 days. Thank you โค๏ธ

Nice variety pack
I bought the taster pack, to try out the different flavours before committing to the bigger packs. So far I have tried about half of them, and especially the savoury meals and shakes are really good. Nice favours and they do keep you full. I don't use it as a VLCD ( 6 packs only), I have a shake in the morning, a savoury meal for lunch and then another pack later on, and I have a normal small meal for dinner.
