I've been searching for the most effective hand cream to battle wrinkles and crepe on my hands - I'm 60, so it's becoming something I want to address. After a LOT of research, in all reports, this creme Necessaire is tops along with Thera-plush. I bought both to do a side by. Thera-plush is about 2x as much, but with only .05% retinol, compared to Necessaire at .25%. The additional ingredients are the other consideration. I won't list them all, but both are excellent for wrinkles and to protect. They both feel smooth, and visibly 'plump' the skin (long term results won't happen for 12 weeks or so). I do prefer the Necessaire because it edges out slightly for a smoother, better feel on my skin. Really very soft. So this is, and will be my choice for the Retinol hand cream.

I wash my hands frequently for work and in the winter my hands get really dry. This cream has been amazing, with it being Vegan and Fragrance Free and Dermatologist-Tested! However, the tube is lasting me about 2-3 weeks and I'm not sure if I'm willing to spend $76 a month on hand cream. I do like the texture of my hands after applying the cream, no greasy residue like other creams/lotions.

Love this hand moisturizer. Keep my hand, subtle, soft and young looking. Easy to use and no smell. Also not greasy highly recommend

I wasn't sure about this at first, but after consistent nightly use, I definitely noticed a difference in the appearance of the tops of my hands. I am mid 40s and was noticing my hands were starting to look crepey. I starting using this every single night, just a little more than a pea size on the tops of each hand, and by the end of the 1st tube my hands looked so much healthier. I have repurchased and put on a subscription. It's worth the price and lasts a long time. You do not need to use a lot and should only concentrate on the tops of your hands.

Strong scent that is immediately bothering my allergies. I have only just applied this lotion now (nighttime), but it seems to have a strong frangrance, although product is supposed to be fragrance free.
